Starratt Builders will retrofit your existing home, or install underground next to your home. We can custom build to your specifications or install our basic shelter, which is 10' x 14' x 8' high.

It is built with 12" block, with cavities filled solid with rebar every 4', with a concrete slab floor and concrete roof. It has a 36" wide steel door. It is fully waterproofed. Starting at $8,000, our shelter is a sound investment to protect your family from violent storms.

It can be customized ranging from root cellar to a get-a-way sound-proof entertainment center.
